Hello! I'm Felisa. My career journey has taken me from sales to the intricate world of data analytics and engineering, and now into graduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania—showcasing a deep commitment to understanding and improving the technological landscapes of businesses.

Starting in sales, I developed a keen insight into customer needs and market dynamics. This foundation allowed me to transition seamlessly into sales operations, where I honed my skills in streamlining processes and enhancing productivity. My fascination with data then propelled me into roles in business intelligence and data analytics, where I could leverage data to drive strategic decisions and foster business growth.

As a data and analytics executive, I've led teams and built data strategies across edtech, adtech, location data, healthcare, telecommunications, business intelligence, and financial services. Whether managing data engineering teams, architecting dashboards for nonprofit healthcare clients, or working across Snowflake, DBT, Python, and Tableau—my work is about empowering organizations to achieve their goals through informed, data-driven strategies.

Beyond my roles in established tech companies, I've built PausePoint—a burnout prevention platform that won a Penn Wharton Innovation Fund Design Award. What started as a mindfulness scheduler has evolved into a media brand reaching over 2,000 data professionals monthly through its podcast and newsletter. I also host a tech podcast connecting data professionals across industries.
